What's the founding-member price?
The first 20 homes lock in $100/month for life — half of the standard $200. Once the founding spots are gone, new homes pay the standard price, but founding homes keep their rate.
How does the free trial work?
Your first home starts with a full 14-day free trial — all features, no limits. You're only billed when it converts, and you can cancel anytime. (Additional homes you add don't get another trial.)
I run multiple homes — how am I billed?
Pricing is per home, so it scales with you: one account, one subscription, billed for the number of homes you run. Operators with several homes get volume pricing — just reach out.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every home's data is isolated with row-level security. External workers only ever see exactly what you choose to share via read-only links.
